just save a picture and scroll down in profile, there you'll see an avatar section, you can select your pics as avaters there

ok... well klick ok profile, scroll down till you see Avatars, you can select one of your pictures there as an avatar... it's the fist thing i figured out... the second thing was pasting images into messages.... hehe that took long Razz

but one of the pic's i posted was less then 100pixels tough.. or you can resize an image to let it fit into an avatar
