my damn perverted cousin went onto some damn porn site and got this program on my computer and it wont go away! HELP!

ill try to find out what damn site it was that he went to that got me this god forbidden thing help please!!!

You could try this site. I havn't tryed it myself so I can't vouch for its effectivness, but it at least seems genuine.
