all of theaze are more romance than drama... where`z schoold dayz .... , where`z Grantz , where`s Higurashy ... Elfen Lied ... i mean ... thoze are dramaz from my point of view ...
Kanon is just a comedy and the others are romance... it doesn`t really shake u ,.. please watch theaza and then tell me about the best drama

Makoto, OMFG that must've been the most sad part of the whole anime, then we have the whole Shiori stuff, thinking she was going to die, we've got Nayuki's mother coming into the whole car accident. And you say this is not drama? Agreed, the main tone might not be drama, but it certainly has drama.

School Days had drama, I agree. Gantz? I don't see the drama there tbh. Neither with Higurashi, Higurashi has loads of suspense, but drama? nah..
Elfen Lied once I again I can follow the drama route of thought.

But still, most of these have drama, and tbh you can't class stuff as one sort only, there's always discrepancies and there are always different categories they can fit under.


Air, had shitloads of drama. I can think of 2 people who died and 1 who dissapeared, all in a VERY dramatic way. Air is one of the most dramatic series I've seen

Koi Kaze is all one big bunch of drama. Brother and Sister fall in love with each other and cannot help their feelings. Society is against it but they try to make the best of it nonetheless. How is this NOT drama?

where on earth is full metal alchemist or even cowboy bebop. both shows have tons of drama in. now i can't say i've seen all the anime listed or even remember all of them, but strawberry panic and myself yourself i am sorry but they shouldn't even be listed. there are to many better dramas out there for them to be listed on a best drama list. oh you can toss ef in there too. while all three are good animes and might even make you shed a tear or two they just don't belong here on this list. i mean come on how can you compare two brothers who thought they had lost everything when there mother died. try to bring her back and one looses his body and the other one arm and one leg so they comprimise everything just to try to get the other one back to normal. to, oh my the person i like didn't talk to me today so i am so heart broken, please. you can find drama in anything if you look hard enough but the best dramas are the ones that the drama isn't the main focus of the stories. hardship of life not just hardship of love is what makes the best drama of all.
