what i do sometimes if all else fails is press ctrl + alt + delete , then go to "processes" and type in manually all of the processes that are running, and if u find a site which says it is malware, then it usually gives tips how to destroy it Twisted Evil

, but if it doesnt u can try going into safe mode to destroy it

also download hijackthis
