Hi
Recently I've been getting complaints on very slow loading speeds for some of the DivX episodes so I'm doing this little download survey
Please list:
1) Your location
2) Your internet speed connection(in kbit/s or mbit/s)
Please download these 3 files(without download accelerators and one at a time):
File 1
File 2
File 3
and list:
3) Your download speed on File 1(in kbyte/s)
4) Your download speed on File 2(in kbyte/s)
4) Your download speed on File 3(in kbyte/s)
Example post:
1) Russia
2) 16 mbit/s
3) 480 KB/s
4) 1484 KB/s

3) started at 500 mbs, went down to 51 mbs in like 5 seconds...
4) same damn thing.... crappy flippin computer.

lol your connection is too fast xD
anyway, you should pick the speed it has at the end of the download because it starts downloading before you select where to save it~

for me it depends .....if i would try this very early in the morning...i would pobably get 1.20Mb/s...but when it is very high traffic it's low...

lol you do have 1 gigabit connections for like 100 bucks in sweden
but the file1 is only on an 100 mbit uplink sooo xD

4.650KB/s
Obviously link 2 has better routing to Australia or just more bandwidth it seems |
